1. Be respectful and constructive

  • Discuss the service, enquiry or experience without threats, harassment or personal attacks.
  • Do not use hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or intimidating content.
  • Do not pressure a customer, reviewer, business or staff member to change a genuine account.
  • Disagreement is allowed; abuse and retaliation are not.

2. Be honest about identity and connections

  • Do not impersonate a person, business, qualification or community role.
  • Disclose a relevant personal or commercial connection when recommending or discussing a business.
  • Do not coordinate false reviews, referrals, clicks, offer claims or reports.
  • Do not submit altered or fabricated evidence.

3. Protect private information

  • Do not publish a customer’s exact address, phone number, private messages or payment information.
  • Do not reveal private business verification documents or a home-based operational address.
  • Remove unnecessary faces, number plates, signatures and account details from uploaded images.
  • Use the private support route for evidence rather than posting it publicly.

4. Keep content useful and relevant

  • Businesses should avoid repeated promotions, irrelevant tags and duplicate posts.
  • Offers must state material terms, availability and expiry accurately.
  • Events must identify the organiser, place, time, access information and external ticketing accurately.
  • Messaging must relate to a customer enquiry or another deliberate contact action.

5. Follow safety rules and the law

Do not use the platform for fraud, dangerous instructions, unlawful goods or services, exploitation, malware or attempts to bypass security. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact the appropriate emergency service before making a platform report.

6. Reports and moderation

The platform can limit, hide or remove content and restrict accounts after considering the context, evidence, safety risk and applicable policy. Moderation actions require a reason and appropriate audit record.

Use reporting tools in good faith. Repeated false or retaliatory reports can themselves breach these guidelines.
